Open the report
- Drawer → Reports → Financial & Inventory → Upcoming Events.
- Choose a period. Periods use your store's timezone and weeks start Monday.
What you see
Three KPIs — Upcoming, Scheduled, and Confirmed — then the next bookings in the window, each with its title, status, start time, type, and party size.
Bookings are matched on their start time, so the period is a forward-looking window. Only Scheduled and Confirmed bookings are counted — cancelled, no-show, and completed bookings are not. The list previews the soonest bookings; open Events for the full, filterable list and to act on a booking.
Named periods look backwards by default
Today and This Week end at the current moment, so they will not surface next
week's bookings. Use a Custom range that reaches into the future.
