What you see

Three KPIs — Revenue, Orders, and the single busiest Peak Window — then a ranked list of the top day-and-hour windows with orders and sales for each.

Every hour of every weekday is bucketed in your store's timezone, so a late-night hour lands on the day your staff worked it. Only completed and closed orders count.

Use the ranking to set staffing and prep, and to time promos into the quiet windows rather than the busy ones. For a plain by-hour view across the whole week, use Hourly Sales.

Pick a period wide enough to have a pattern

A single day gives you 24 cells and no weekday signal. Four to eight weeks is
usually enough for the peaks to stabilise.
