Sales by Payment Methods Report

Sales by Payment Methods is a Basics report — available on every paid plan that includes Reports.
Open the report
- Open the drawer → Reports.
- Under Sales & Revenue, tap Sales by Payment Methods.
- Pick a period (or Custom dates). Periods use your store's timezone and weeks start Monday.
What you see
A total for the window, a pie chart, and one row per payment method with its share and amount.
Rows are recorded payments grouped by the method the cashier selected, dated by the transaction date. Only payment-type transactions are counted — refunds are not netted here.
Cash is net of change
Cash rows show what the store kept, not what the customer handed over. The
report subtracts change given back, so it agrees with the tender breakdown on
the session Z-report.
Use it to reconcile the drawer against e-wallet payouts, and to see which tenders are actually worth keeping enabled.
