Payment Method Overview
A payment method is any way a customer can pay for an order: cash, cards, e-wallets, QR, bank transfers, and more. Your POS supports several at once so checkout stays fast and flexible.
What this covers
You collect payments into your own accounts. Fuze Store does not act as a payment processor for your sales. When a customer pays by card, e-wallet, or bank transfer, the money goes to your own terminal or account. You pick the matching method in the app so the sale is recorded correctly. The methods you set up here are labels for how you got paid, used for receipts and reporting. Nothing here connects to a bank or wallet.
- Convenience and faster checkout. Let customers pay their preferred way, and keep lines moving.
- Easy tracking. Every receipt shows the method used, and reports group sales by method.
- How they work. You manage methods under Configurations → Payment Methods. On the register, open Payment from the order summary to record what you collected. The register shows your default method first (set in Preferences), then the ones this device used last, then the rest.
- Account details and QR. A method can carry an account name, number, and a QR picture the cashier shows. In the payment dialog, picking such a method shows them, with a button to copy the number.
- Show on storefront. Off by default. Turn it on to publish the account name, number, and QR on the customer's order page after an online checkout.
Tips: only enable methods you actually accept, double-check account details and QR images, and train staff on each tender.
