Gift cards let your customers prepay for products and services. They drive repeat visits, attract new shoppers, and make good gifts. Your POS tracks balances and redemptions for you.
What this covers
A gift card is a prepaid code that works like cash in your store. Customers buy them as gifts, rewards, or store credit. Fuze tracks each card's balance and handles redemption at checkout.
- Quick setup. Create a card in a few taps. Creating one records no sale or payment: the card simply exists with its balance.
- Automatic tracking. The system manages balances and uses.
- Balance on screen. The Gift Cards list and a card's page show what is left on the card against the amount it was issued for, for example "PHP 400.00 of PHP 1,000.00". The register shows the remaining balance when you check a card.
- Receipts. A printed receipt lists each gift card with what it paid, between the subtotal and the total.
- Many at once. You can also bring cards in from a spreadsheet. See Importing Gift Cards.
