How to Update a Gift Card
You can change a gift card's amount, code, expiry, or any other detail at any time. Updates take effect immediately.
Editing never changes the remaining balance
It is safe to edit a card a customer has already spent from — changing the code, expiry, or any other detail leaves the remaining balance and usage count untouched. Changing Amount updates the card's face value for reporting; it does not top the card back up.

Step-by-Step Guide
Open the menu
Click the sidebar menu icon to open navigation.

Go to Gift Cards
Select Gift Cards to see your current list.

Choose a gift card
Click the Edit button on the gift card you want to update.
