Reports Overview
Open Reports from the drawer and tap a card. Every report has the same controls, so once you know one you know them all. The free Basic plan has no Reports, only the Dashboard. History is not deleted on a downgrade.

How the hub is organized
A card appears only when your plan, and any add-on it needs, includes it.

How every report works
Period. Tap Period and choose Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days or Custom. The arrows step to the period before or after, and the right arrow stops at today. Periods follow your store's time zone and weeks start on Monday. The period you pick follows you to the next report, and reports start on This Week each time you open the app. Three reports keep time their own way: the Daily Sheet shows one day, Inventory Health looks back 7, 30 or 90 days from today, and Upcoming Events looks forward.
Compare to previous period. Each figure shows its change against the period just before, of the same length. A figure that is itself a percentage shows its change in points (pts). On Sales and AOV Trends the earlier period is drawn as a faded line. Comparison is on at first. To turn it off, tap Period and untick it, or close the vs previous period chip. The Daily Sheet, Staff Commissions, Inventory Health and Upcoming Events do not compare.
Filters. Staff Commissions and Sales by Categories have a Filters button. What you pick shows as a chip under the period, and closing the chip removes it.
Export. Tap the ⋯ menu and choose Export PDF or Export Excel. The file covers the period and filters on screen. See Exporting Reports.
When there is nothing to show. No Data Available means nothing happened in that period, so tap Show last 30 days. No results for these filters means a filter hides everything, so tap Reset Filters. Couldn't load this report means the app could not reach the server, so tap Retry. Pull down to refresh.

Edge cases
- What counts. Every sales figure counts only completed and closed orders, at the moment they were completed. Gross sales is what was sold before discounts, with tax and without service charge or delivery. Net sales is the subtotal less refunds. Gross profit is net sales less the cost of the items sold.
- The first card list is trimmed for your plan and role. A group left empty disappears, and the screens behind a hidden card cannot be opened either.
- Reports are kept 30 seconds in the app, and the Daily Sheet and Dashboard summary are kept on the server for 30 seconds, so a pull to refresh asks for a fresh copy at most once every 10 seconds.
- Not every report exports yet. Analytics reports other than those listed in Exporting Reports show "coming soon" and download nothing.
