Feature Items on Your Storefront
Your storefront home shows a Featured row right under the Order and Book buttons. You choose what goes in it: up to six products or services, in your order. Until you pick something, the row is hidden.
Before you start
- Your store is shown online. See Sharing Your Menu.
- The item is Enabled and sold on the Online store (Sell on).
- The Products · Modify permission.
Steps
Open Featured on storefront
In the Fuze Store app, go to Configurations → Store Profile → Featured on storefront. The row says None yet while nothing is featured.

Add items
Tap Add items and tick what you want to show. Each tick saves straight away. Items that are turned off or not sold online are greyed out as Not sold online. Once six are picked, every other item is greyed out as All 6 slots are used.

What happens next
- Customers see the change at once. Every save clears the cached storefront menu.
- Each item in the row opens its own item page.
Other ways to feature an item
- From the item: in the product or service form, turn on Feature on storefront home in the Sell on row. It shows only while Online store is on. The item goes to the end of the list. Tap Arrange under it to open the Featured screen.
- Several at once: in Products, select items, then Action → Feature on storefront or Remove from featured.
Edge cases
- Six is the limit. Remove one before adding another. With six featured, the form switch is greyed out and says All 6 slots are used. A bulk action that would go over six is refused before anything changes, and tells you how many slots are left.
- No photo? The item still shows, with its placeholder tile. The Featured screen marks it No photo. Add a photo in the item's Media tab for a better look.
- Sold out or outside its serving hours? It keeps its place and shows a Sold out or Available from badge, so the row does not jump around during the day.
- Turned off or no longer sold online? It keeps its slot but disappears from the storefront. The Featured screen marks it Not shown so you can fix it or remove it.
- Deleted? Its slot is freed and the rest move up.
