Sharing your menu
Every store has a menu page at /store/your-store/menu — your items,
categories and prices.
It works even if you have not turned on online ordering. That is the point:
you can show customers what you sell long before you are ready to take orders
through the app.
What customers see
- Your categories, items, photos and prices.
- Search, so a long menu stays usable on a phone.
- If you take online orders: a + on every item adds it straight to the
customer's order (or opens its options first), a tap on the item opens a quick
order window, and a bar at the bottom takes them to checkout. Each item also
has a Details link to its own page. - If you don't: a tap on any item opens that item's own page, and a note
explains that ordering happens by contacting you.
Sold-out items disappear from the menu as soon as you mark them unavailable —
you do not need to re-share anything.
Every item has its own link
Each item on your menu is its own page — for example
/store/your-store/menu/chicken-adobo.
That matters for two reasons:
- A customer can send someone the dish, not the menu. "Try this one" now
survives being pasted into a chat. - Search engines can rank the item. People search for what they want to
eat, not for the name of a store they have never heard of. Before this, your
whole catalog lived at one address, so there was nothing for a search like
"chicken adobo delivery Makati" to return.
The page shows the photo, the price, the options and your description — and if
you take online orders, it lets the customer add the item and go straight to
checkout. If you do not, it says so, and points them at your contact details.
The link is built from the item's name the first time you create it, and
then it never changes — renaming "Adobo" to "Chicken Adobo" keeps the old
link working, so nothing a customer saved or shared ever breaks.
Items you created before this feature shipped get their links automatically.
Until that finishes, they still work — the link just uses an internal reference
instead of a readable name, and switches over on its own.
Sharing it
From Store details → Share your store, use the Menu row:
- Share posts a short message with the link, ready to paste into a group
chat. - Show QR gives you a QR code to print for a table tent, a window, or a
flyer.
With the NFC add-on you can also write it to a tag: NFC Tools → Write → Menu.
Menu vs store page
| Store page | Menu | |
|---|---|---|
| Your hours, address, contact details | Yes | No |
| Full item list with search | Via Order online / View menu | Yes |
| One page per item | No | Yes |
| Ordering | If turned on | Right on the menu and on each item page, if turned on |
Share the store page as your main link. Share the menu when the menu is
the only thing you want to talk about.
Your store must be discoverable for the menu link to work. Turn it on in
Preferences → Storefront.
