How to Update a Unit

Change a unit’s name, capacity, area, or enable flag when your layout changes.

Paid plan required. Units is available on any paid plan (Starter and up). It is not included on the free Basic plan. View plans

Step-by-step

Open Configurations → Operations → Units.
Find the unit (search or scroll).
Use Edit on the row.

Update Enable, Name, Capacity, and optional Area.

Save. Changes apply on the next POS refresh.

Tips

Turning Enable off hides the unit from POS without deleting it.
Moving a unit to another area (or clearing the area) does not delete open orders on that unit.
