Printers Overview
Fuze Store prints receipts, kitchen tickets, bar slips, queue tickets and labels while you take orders. You can connect several printers to one store, and routing rules send the right paper to the right printer with no extra taps.
What this covers
How it works. (1) You connect your printers. (2) You create routing rules that say "when this happens, print this on that printer". (3) Fuze does the rest as you ring up orders.
What you can print. Receipts when payment completes, kitchen tickets when an order is created, bar slips with only the drinks, queue tickets, and labels. Use one printer for everything or split the work.
What you see. The Print button shows Printing… until it is done and cannot be tapped twice. A short message then names the printer that printed, or says why it did not and offers a fix. Prints that happen on their own show a message only when they used another printer or could not print. See Print Queue and Status.

The LAN Bridge is built into the Fuze Store Hub, a free desktop app on a computer in your store. You always need it for USB and Serial printers and for printing from a web browser. Network printers can be reached straight from a phone, but the Hub keeps a persistent print queue, de-duplicates retries and gives one place to see the queue.
What you need. An ESC/POS thermal printer (Epson, Star, Xprinter, MUNBYN, Goojprt and similar), and permission to manage printers. For USB, Serial or web printing, a computer running the Hub on the same Wi-Fi.

Edge cases
- Printing must be on. Turn it on in Preferences → Printing & Devices. With it off, the printer list shows a banner instead of the Add button, and nothing prints.
- A printer with no routing rule prints nothing on its own. Prints you start by hand still use it.
- The printing is done by each device, not the server. Bluetooth prints straight from the phone. USB, network and serial prints go through the Hub.
- Permission. Adding and editing printers needs Printers · Modify. Viewing needs Printers · View.
