Installing Fuze Store Hub
Fuze Store Hub is a small desktop app on one computer in your store. It bridges your POS tablets and your printers, kitchen display and customer screen. Install it once. Tablets and phones connect over your local Wi-Fi. You only need it for those jobs: if you sell purely on mobile or online, skip it.
Before you start
- A computer that stays on in the store, on the same network as your tablets.
Steps
Open the Downloads page
Go to fuze-store.com/downloads and pick the installer for your computer: Mac (Apple Silicon) .dmg, Windows .exe, Linux Debian or Ubuntu .deb, or Linux .AppImage. The page shows a "Coming soon" badge for a platform until its installer is published.

Run the installer
Mac: open the DMG and drag Fuze Store Hub into Applications. It is signed and notarized. Windows: run the .exe and follow it. Linux: sudo apt install ./Fuze-Hub.deb, or chmod +x the AppImage and run it.

Open the Hub
Launch it. You see the welcome carousel. Continue with First-Time Setup.

What happens next
- The Hub is installed and ready for first-time setup.
Edge cases
- What you need. A Windows PC, Mac or Linux computer that stays in the store, a Wi-Fi or wired network your tablets also use, and about 5 minutes.
- Windows SmartScreen. Published installers are code-signed, so a warning should not appear. A brand-new release can still trigger "Windows protected your PC". Click More info, then Run anyway.
- Only a tray icon? On Windows, drag the lightning bolt out of the ^ hidden-icons overflow, right-click it and choose Show Fuze Store Hub, or launch it again from the Start menu.
- No separate account. You sign in with your Fuze Store login, as the owner, an organization admin, or a staff member with Hub Admin.
- You do not always need a Hub. Bluetooth printers and the customer display work without it.
