Hubs and Diagnostics in the App
The Fuze Store Hub page in the app, under Configurations → Integrations, is where owners manage the store's Hubs and where any paired device can check its own link to a Hub.
Before you start
- A device with the app, paired or about to be paired.
- To rename or revoke: the store owner or a Hub admin.
Steps
Open the Hub page
Go to Configurations → Integrations → Fuze Store Hub. It lists the store's Hubs and any waiting access requests.

Rename or revoke a Hub
As the owner, rename a Hub or revoke it. Revoking marks it revoked, unlinks the printers, printer assignments and kitchen stations tied to it, and cancels its access to the server.

Open Diagnostics
Tap the badge or Diagnostics to run a one-off health check of this device's link to the Hub.

Test or pair again
If the badge reads Session expired, tapping it tries to reconnect first and offers pairing again only if that fails. You can also forget the Hub on this device and reopen pairing.

What happens next
- A revoked Hub stops calling the server. Its next check-in is refused and it shows a banner saying it is no longer connected to the store, with a Re-pair button.
Edge cases
- What the device does. It checks the Hub every 30 seconds, and sooner after a miss. After five misses in a row, or at once when the network cannot reach it, the badge shows unreachable. Print jobs wait on the device and are retried up to 3 times, each 5 seconds after the Hub or the server connection returns. The customer display switches to the server.
- The device renews its Hub session once when the Hub turns a request away. If that fails the badge reads Session expired.
- The Hub keeps working while offline. Check-ins wait twice as long after each miss, up to 5 minutes. It keeps the add-ons it last heard about, and kitchen tickets wait on the Hub until the next send.
- Its sign-in renews itself. About two weeks after the last sign-in it shows a banner asking to sign in again, and printing and the kitchen display keep working meanwhile. Losing the internet never asks for a password.
- Rename and Revoke are shown to everyone with Hub admin who opens the page, so be careful.
- A revoked Hub keeps working on the local network, but nothing reaches the server until it is activated again.
