App General Information
The About App page gives you a snapshot of your Fuze Store POS install. It is the page to open when support asks "what version are you on?".
Open it from Account → About → About App.
What You Will See
- General Info -- The app version and build number. Quote both when contacting support.
- Company -- Fuze Store's own name, contact number, and website. (This is the software vendor, not your store — your store details live under Configurations → General.)
- Device & System Info -- The operating system and device model you are running on, which helps support reproduce an issue.
- Acknowledgments & Licenses -- The third-party services Fuze Store integrates with.
No sensitive or private data appears on this page. It shows only the basics about your app and device.
Looking for the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, or Delete Account & Data? Those are on the About page one level up, not on About App.
System Information
Fuze Store POS is cloud-based. You can access your business from anywhere with an internet connection. Your data is securely stored and backed up automatically.
The app works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, or Edge. You can also use it on mobile devices running iOS or Android.
