Creating a Product

Add a sellable item to your catalog from the Products list.

Step-by-Step Guide

Open the sidebar menu

Open the sidebar menu.

Select Products

Select Products (under Catalog).

Tap New Product

Tap New Product.

Fill in the details

Fill in the details. Leave This is a service off for a normal product. See the Field Reference for what each field means.

Save

Tap Save. The item appears in your Products list and on the POS register when it is enabled and available.

Creating a service? Use the same New Product flow, turn on This is a service, and set duration on the Attribute tab. See Creating a Service.

Tips

Group similar items under the same category.
Use modifiers for sizes and add-ons instead of many nearly identical products.
You can edit or remove products later.
Use clear names and images so staff can find items quickly on the register.
On the Media tab, pick a photo from your gallery or use Take Photo to capture one on the spot (phones and tablets).
