Inventory Management is one of the few add-ons not unlocked during a free trial. To use it, purchase the add-on on any paid plan.
Fuze Store includes built-in inventory management tools. You can track stock for every product, get alerts when stock runs low, and manage inventory across multiple locations.

How Inventory Works
When you create a product, you can set an initial stock quantity. Every time a customer completes an order, the system deducts the sold items from your stock count.
You can view current stock levels from the product detail screen at any time.
Low-Stock Alerts
You can set a minimum stock threshold for each product. When stock drops to or below that number, the system flags the product as low stock. This helps you reorder before you run out.
Multi-Location Inventory
If you operate from multiple locations, you can track stock for each one independently. This gives you a clear picture of what is available at each site.
Getting Started with Inventory
- Enable stock tracking when creating or editing a product.
- Set initial quantities for each product.
- Set low-stock thresholds to receive alerts.
- Review stock levels regularly from the product list or inventory screen.
