Low-Stock Alerts & Auto-Reorder
Fuze Store can flag products before they run out. Low-stock levels and optional email alerts work without the Inventory Management add-on. Drafting purchase orders automatically (auto-reorder) needs that add-on.
Low-stock levels (every store)
When a product's stock falls to or below its low-stock level, Fuze Store flags it on the product list so staff can see it at a glance.
Set a threshold per product
On the product's Inventory tab, turn on Manage Inventory and set the low-stock level — the quantity at which the product should be flagged.
Optional — enable low-stock email alerts
In Preferences → Product, turn on Low-stock alerts. When products drop below their thresholds, the owner can receive a single digest email listing every low item — not one email per product.
The digest is de-duplicated, so you won't be re-emailed about the same item repeatedly within a short window. Each product is only re-alerted after a cool-down period.
Auto-reorder (Inventory Management add-on)
Auto-reorder drafts a purchase order automatically when a product crosses its reorder point, so replenishment is one approval away instead of a manual rebuild. It lives in the Inventory module's purchase-order workflow — enable the add-on first.
Set a preferred supplier and reorder quantity
On each product you want auto-reordered, set its preferred supplier and the reorder quantity to draft.
Enable auto-reorder
In Preferences → Product, turn on Auto-reorder (shown only when Inventory Management is active).
Review drafted orders
Each day, Fuze Store groups low products by supplier and drafts a purchase order for each. The drafts wait in Purchase Orders for you to review and place.
Auto-reorder only drafts orders — it never places them on its own. You always review and place the draft yourself.

If the add-on is inactive, auto-reorder is hidden and no drafts are generated. Product thresholds and low-stock email preferences are preserved.
