How to Apply a Coupon to Your Subscription
A coupon code applies a discount to your Fuze Store subscription billing. Coupons can take a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or give you free months.
Apply a coupon
- Open the sidebar menu and select Account.
- Select Subscription from the list.
- Scroll to the Coupon section ("Do you have a coupon?").
- Type your coupon code into the field.
- Select Apply Coupon.
When the code is valid, you'll see a "Coupon applied" confirmation and the discount is recorded against your subscription.
Note: Some coupons are only valid for specific plans. If your current plan isn't eligible, you'll see "Coupon is not valid for your current plan." Other codes may show "Coupon is expired" or "Coupon already max redeemed."
What the discount types mean
- Percentage off — a percentage is deducted from your billing amount.
- Fixed amount off — a set amount is deducted.
- Free months — your subscription's renewal date is extended by the number of free months. For example, a 2-month coupon pushes your expiry out by two months immediately.
See your redeemed coupons
- Open Account from the sidebar.
- Select My Coupons.
Each coupon shows its code, discount, scope, status (Active or Expired), the date it was redeemed, and the date it's valid until.
Tips
- A coupon can be redeemed once per account — re-entering the same code shows "Coupon already max redeemed."
- Coupons that take a percentage or fixed amount off are reflected on your next invoice; free-month coupons take effect on your renewal date right away.
- You can also enter a coupon code when you register a new account.
