How to Apply a Coupon to Your Subscription
A coupon code applies a discount to your Fuze Store subscription billing. Coupons can take a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or give you free months.
Billing during Early Release
Plan changes and billing are paused during Early Release. Coupon controls on Subscription may be hidden while the pause is on.
On the web
- Sign in and open Subscription (
/account/subscription). - Under the coupon section titled Do you have a coupon?, enter your code.
- Select Apply Coupon.
- To review redeemed coupons, open My Coupons (
/account/my-coupons) from the account sidebar.
In the app
- Open the main menu → Account → Subscription.
- Under Do you have a coupon?, enter your code.
- Tap Apply Coupon.
- Open My Coupons from Account when you want to review redeemed codes.
You can also enter an optional Voucher Code when you create an account on the web. The app signup form does not include a voucher field.
What the discount types mean
- Percentage off — a percentage is deducted from the plan fee (base fee) on invoices that use the coupon.
- Fixed amount off — a set amount is deducted from the base fee.
- Free months — your renewal / expiry is extended by the free months granted.
Tips
- If a code fails, read the on-screen error (for example expired, already used, or not valid for your plan). Exact wording can vary by code.
- Coupons that discount the plan fee show on the next applicable invoice; free-month coupons extend your cycle when applied.
- A code may only be redeemable once per account.
