How to Switch Between Stores

If you manage more than one store, switch the active store in the Fuze Store app so sales, catalog, and settings match the location you are working in.

Web vs app

Switching the active store for POS is an app action. On the website, Stores (/account/stores) is for managing store records (open a store, create a store). It does not replace the app’s store switcher for day-to-day POS work.

In the app (recommended)

You need access to more than one store. The fastest path is the drawer header:

Open the main menu (drawer).
At the top, tap your current store name (when you have more than one store, a switch control appears).
In the store list, tap the store you want.
That store becomes selected. You land on its home screen with that store’s products, staff, and settings.

If you have an unfinished sale in the register, the app may ask you to confirm first — switching clears the in-progress cart.

From the Stores list

Open the main menu → Store Management → Stores (/stores).
Tap a store card to switch to it (the active one shows a Selected badge).
Use details/actions on the card when you need store settings instead of switching.

On the web

Open a store card to manage that store’s account pages.
To create another store, use Create store — you are taken to the store app wizard (you stay signed in via a short handoff; you do not fill an in-page create form on the website).

Tips

You only see stores you have access to. If one is missing, ask the owner or an admin.
Each store keeps its own catalog, staff, and preferences — confirm the header name before you sell.
Switching stores does not log you out of your account.
On the web, use Stores to manage locations; use the app when you need to switch the active POS store.
