How to Add a Payment Method
Adding a payment method lets renewals and paid add-ons charge your account when billing is live. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Maya — Fuze Store does not store full card numbers.
Billing during Early Release
Plan changes and billing are paused during Early Release — you will not be charged. Add Payment Method is hidden on Subscription while the pause is on.
On the web
- Sign in and open Subscription (
/account/subscription). - Under Payment Methods, select Add Payment Method.
- Complete the secure card-entry form (card number, expiry, security code, and any other fields shown).
- Return to Fuze Store. The new method appears under Payment Methods.
In the app
- Open the main menu → Account → Subscription.
- Tap Add Payment Method.
- Complete the secure payment provider form.
- Return to the app. The method appears on Subscription (and under payment method detail when you open a saved card).
Tips
- You can save more than one method and set a default.
- A default payment method is required to purchase and renew add-ons once billing is live (any plan, including Basic).
- Keep details current so renewals do not fail.
