How to Upgrade Your Subscription
Upgrading unlocks more features and capacity. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the days left in your current cycle; new features apply right away.
Billing during Early Release
Plan changes and billing are paused during Early Release — you will not be charged. Change Plan is hidden on Subscription, and the choose-plan flow redirects or shows a pause message instead of charging.
On the web
- Sign in and open Subscription (
/account/subscription). - Select Change Plan.
- Choose a higher plan on Choose Plan (
/account/subscription/choose-plan). - Continue to the plan summary for that plan.
- When billing is live, confirm with Subscribe (or the on-screen confirm action). Complete any payment steps if prompted.
In the app
- Open the main menu → Account → Subscription.
- Tap Change Plan.
- Select a higher plan. Use Continue with
{{plan name}}when a plan is selected (or Select a plan to continue if none is selected yet). - Review the summary, then tap Subscribe when billing is live.
Tips
- Compare plans on pricing before you upgrade.
- Keep a default payment method on file once billing is live.
- You can apply a coupon from Subscription when that UI is available (see Applying a Coupon).
