How to Downgrade Your Subscription

Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. You keep your current plan until then; the next renewal bills at the lower rate. Past data stays; features you lose are gated until you upgrade again.

Billing during Early Release

Plan changes and billing are paused during Early Release — you will not be charged. Change Plan is hidden, and the choose-plan flow is paused or redirected.

On the web

  1. Sign in and open Subscription (/account/subscription).
  2. Select Change Plan.
  3. Choose a lower plan on Choose Plan.
  4. Continue to the summary and confirm (typically Subscribe when billing is live).

Review & confirm
  1. After you confirm, Subscription may show a scheduled change (new plan and date). You can cancel that pending request from the same page if offered (Cancel pending request).

In the app

  1. Open the main menu → AccountSubscription.
  2. Tap Change Plan.
  3. Select a lower plan, then Continue with {{plan name}}.
  4. Review the summary (including any scheduled date) and tap Subscribe when billing is live.

There is no separate Downgrade button — you use the same choose-plan flow as an upgrade.

Tips

  • Check what you will lose on pricing (reports, refunds, taxes, import/export, and so on).
  • Catalog and history are not deleted when you move to a lower plan; gated features simply become unavailable.
