Create Your Account
Create an account on the website or in the mobile app. Registration takes a few minutes.
Before you start
- An email address you can open. Fuze sends a confirmation link to it.
- A coupon code, if you have one. Only the website form asks for it.
Steps
Open the registration form
On the web, open fuze-store.com/register. In the app, tap Register on the sign-in screen. In the app, a Google, Facebook, or Apple button above the form can fill in your name and email.

Enter the fields below. Registering means you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, linked under the button. There is no separate checkbox.

Create the account
Select Create Account on the web, or Register in the app. On the web, a success message appears and you are sent to Sign in after about 5 seconds. The app returns you to Sign in straight away. Signing up does not sign you in.

Confirm your email
Fuze sends a welcome email with a confirmation link. Open it. On the web it opens Verify email. When it works you see Email Verified, and Go to Login takes you on. In the app, opening the link finishes verification in the background and then takes you to the home screen, or to Sign in if you are signed out.

What happens next
- Your account starts on the Free Trial plan, booked to move to free Basic when the trial ends.
- Staff invitations sent to your email are accepted at once, so those stores appear after your first sign-in.
- After your first sign-in with no store, you are sent to set one up. See Create Your Store.
Edge cases
- The confirmation link works for 60 minutes. A changed or older link shows Verification Failed. A second tap on a used link says the email is already confirmed.
- An unconfirmed account can still sign in and use everything. Only asking for a first password by email needs a confirmed address.
- A bad coupon code stops the sign-up. Fix or clear the code and try again.
- Three sign-ups a minute from one network. More than that is refused until the minute passes.
- An email already in use is refused, including an account deleted in the last 30 days. Capital letters make no difference: emails are saved in lower case.
- The connection dropped while signing up. The account may still have been made. The form says so and offers Sign in. Trying again with the same email answers that the email is taken.
- Google, Facebook, or Apple on the sign-in screen with an email that has no account creates the account on the spot, with no password.
- A sign-up from the customer app gets no trial until it first creates a store.
Resend the confirmation email
- Sign in. You can sign in even if the address is not confirmed.
- Open Account (web:
/account; app: menu, Account, then Account Details). - On the email row, select Send Verification.
- Wait about 2 minutes before sending again. The button shows Resend email in … while you wait.
You can ask for at most six a minute. It is refused once the email is confirmed.
Works with
| Add-on or plan | What changes |
|---|---|
| Free Trial plan | Every new account starts on it, for 30 days unless set otherwise, with a coupon applied to it if you entered one. |
| Basic plan | Where the account lands when the trial ends, unless you pick a paid plan. |
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No confirmation email | It is in spam, or the address has a typo | Check spam, then resend from Account Details. |
| Verification Failed | The link is older than 60 minutes or was changed | Resend a fresh link from Account Details. |
| Email is taken but you never signed up | Someone invited you, or you signed up with another method | Use Forgot password, or sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple. |
