If you can't sign in, use Forgot password to get a reset link by email. You finish the reset where you started it: request it in the app and the link opens the app; request it on the website and it opens the website.
Request a reset link (website)
- Open the login page and tap Forgot password?
- You'll land on Forgot Password (
/forgot-password).

- Enter your Email Address and tap Send Reset Link.
- On success you'll see Check Your Email: if an account exists for that address, Fuze Store sends a reset link. Check inbox and spam.
- Use Back to Login when you're ready to return.
If the address isn't found, the site may show that it couldn't find an account — try the email you used to register.
Request a reset link (app)
- On the app sign-in screen, open Forgot Password (
/forgot-password). - Enter the email for your account and tap Send reset link.
- Success shows Check your email — same “if an account exists…” wording, including a reminder to check spam.
- Use Back to sign in to return.
The link in that email opens the app's own reset screen. If the app is installed on your phone, tapping the link opens it directly; otherwise it opens the app in your browser.
Open the email and set a new password
- Open the message from Fuze Store and tap the reset link.
- Reset Password opens at
/reset-passwordwith your email and a one-time token in the URL — in the app if you requested it there, in your browser if you requested it on the website. The steps below are the same either way. - While the link is checked you may briefly see a loading state.
- When the form appears, enter New Password and Confirm Password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character (the form shows this hint).
- Tap Reset Password.
- If two-factor authentication is on, you are asked for your code before the reset finishes — see below.
- Success shows Password Reset Successfully — then Go to Login and sign in with the new password.
If you use two-factor authentication
Resetting your password does not skip two-factor. After you enter the new password we ask for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or you can choose Use a recovery code instead and enter one of the codes you saved when you turned two-factor on.
This is deliberate: without it, anyone who reached your email could reset the password and then switch two-factor off. Requiring the second factor here means access to your inbox alone is never enough.
If the code is wrong you can try again; after several wrong codes we pause the attempts for a few minutes and you will need a fresh reset link.
Lost your authenticator?
Use a recovery code — that is exactly what they are for, and each one works
once. If you have no authenticator and no recovery codes left, contact
support; we cannot unlock the account from the app.
Invalid or expired link
If the token is missing, wrong, or expired, you'll see Invalid or Expired Link with a short explanation. Use Request a New Link to start over, or Go to Login.
Tips
- You finish the reset on whichever surface you requested it from.
- Links expire — request a fresh one if you waited too long.
- After a successful reset, use your new password on both the website and the app.
Still locked out?
If reset emails never arrive, confirm the address on the account and check
spam. For authenticator lockouts after 2FA is on, use a recovery code on the
two-factor challenge screen — see Security
Overview.
