Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account deactivates it and schedules permanent removal of your data. This is a serious step — read the confirmation carefully before you continue.

You cannot delete your account while you still own a store or an organization

If you are the owner of any store, deletion is refused. Hand every store over first — transfer ownership to another person, use Claim Store, or delete the stores you no longer need.

The same applies to organizations. If you own one, transfer it to another member or dissolve it first. Then come back and delete the account.

Being a staff member of someone else's store does not block you — only ownership does.

You will not get this far by accident: if you still own a store or an organization, tapping Delete Account tells you so straight away and offers to take you to the list, instead of asking you to confirm and re-enter your password first.

Can't delete your account yet

On the web

  1. Sign in and open Account in the account sidebar (/account).
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, read both notices (immediate logout / deactivation, and the 30-day grace period).
  5. Select Delete to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
  6. In the Confirm Your Password dialog, enter your current password to continue.

A Learn what happens to your data when you delete your account link under the button opens Fuze Store’s data-deletion policy in a new tab.

In the app

  1. Open the main menu → AccountAccount Details.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm in the dialog (Delete).
  4. In the Confirm Your Password dialog, enter your current password to continue. You are then logged out immediately and the account is deactivated.

Why we ask for your password

Deleting an account cannot be undone after the grace period, so we re-check
that it is really you and not someone using a device you left signed in. If
you signed up with Google or Facebook and have not set a password yet, there
is nothing to confirm and we skip this step.

30-day grace period

If you change your mind, you have 30 days to sign back in with your existing credentials and restore the account. Nothing special is needed — signing in restores it. After 30 days, the account and associated data are permanently removed.

You are signed out on every device the moment you confirm, and any AI connections you had authorized stop working immediately. Signing back in during the grace period restores your access.

Your wallet balance

Unused prepaid credit is forfeited

Prepaid credit is not refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Any balance left in your wallet is forfeited when the account is permanently deleted at the end of the 30-day grace period.

Your current balance is shown to you in the confirmation dialog before you delete. If you have credit left, spend it — or transfer your store to someone else instead — before the grace period ends.

Before you delete

  • Hand over or delete every store you own — deletion is blocked until you own none (see the warning above).
  • Transfer or dissolve any organization you own.
  • Spend any remaining wallet credit — it is forfeited when the account is permanently deleted.
  • Back up any important data, reports, or records you need to keep.
  • Cancel or adjust your subscription first if you want to stop future charges.
  • Unlink stores or organizations only if your process requires it — deletion affects the whole account.
