SMS Message History
Message history is the record of every text your store has sent — what it was about, where it went (by the last four digits, for privacy), and whether it was delivered. It's your answer to "did that customer actually get the message?"
Where to find it
From the sidebar, go to Store Settings → SMS → Message history. Messages are listed newest first. You can filter by status or by message type.
What each entry tells you
What the message was about — order, event, refund, or waiting list.
The customer's number, shown only by its last four digits to protect privacy.
Where the message is in its journey — Queued, Sent, Delivered, Failed, or Suppressed (skipped because the number opted out).
When the message went out.
How many Wallet points the message used (on the detail view).
Statuses explained
- Queued / Sent — handed off to the network, on its way.
- Delivered — the carrier confirmed the customer's phone received it.
- Failed — the message couldn't be delivered. You are not charged for failures that happen before sending.
- Suppressed — the message was intentionally skipped because the number is on your suppression list.
Reconciliation
At the top of the SMS hub you'll find a short reconciliation summary. It cross-checks your messages against your Wallet charges so the two always agree — every message that cost points has a matching charge, and every charge has a matching message. If anything ever looks off, this is where it shows up.
For privacy and compliance, Fuze Store stores only the last four digits of each number, never the full mobile number.
Tips
- Filter by Failed to spot bad numbers worth cleaning up.
- If a customer says they never got a text, check the status here first.
- Use the reconciliation summary if your Wallet balance ever surprises you.
