SMS Message History

Message history is the record of every text your store has sent: what it was about, where it went (by the last four digits, for privacy), and whether it arrived. It answers "did that customer get the message?"

Steps

What happens next

• Each row shows what the text was about, the last four digits of the number, its status, the failure reason, and the segments and points used. Fuze stores only the last four digits of each number, never the full number.
• At the top of the SMS hub a short reconciliation summary cross-checks your texts against your Wallet charges over 30 days: every text that cost points has a matching charge, and every charge a matching text.

Edge cases

• Statuses. Queued and Sent: handed to the network. Delivered: the carrier confirmed it. Failed: it could not be delivered, and the reason is kept. A text that failed after the provider accepted it is not refunded.
• The Suppressed filter is always empty, because texts blocked by the suppression list leave no record.
• The list shows only the time of day, by your phone's clock, with no date.
• Texts are meant to be kept for 90 days, but older texts are not actually removed yet.
• Hidden during early release. The history is a points ledger, so it is hidden while payments are paused.
• Tips. Filter by Failed to spot bad numbers worth cleaning up, and check the status here first if a customer says they never got a text.
