Paid plan required. Service Details is available on any paid plan (Starter and up). It is not included on the free Basic plan. View plans

Once your fields are set up, your team fills them in while ringing up a sale. There are two places to capture them on the register, plus the waiting list.

On the Register

The order summary shows a Service details section as soon as you add the first item to the cart.

1

Add items to the order as usual.

2

In the order summary, tap the Service details section (it reads Tap to add service details when empty).

3

Fill in each field. Dropdowns show your list of choices; Yes / No fields are a switch; Text and Number fields are typed in.

4

Tap Save. The captured values now appear in the summary, and the order carries them through checkout.

You can also open the same capture screen from the register action Menu -> Service details.

Text fields with Uppercase normalization tidy the value for you -- typing abc 1234 saves as ABC 1234, so plates and claim tags look consistent on every order and receipt.

On the Waiting List

If you use the waiting list (queue), the same fields appear on the Add to waiting list form, so you can capture the plate or claim tag the moment a customer joins the queue -- before the order even exists.

Viewing Captured Details

  • Order details -- open any order to see its Service Details listed as label / value rows.
  • Customer display -- the primary (searchable) field can show beside the customer's name on the customer-facing screen.
  • Receipt & queue ticket -- fields you marked to Show on the receipt or queue ticket print there automatically.

Details are saved as a snapshot on each order. If you later rename or remove a field, orders you already completed keep the values exactly as they were captured.
