Organization Wallet & SMS

Add-on required. This feature requires the Organization Management add-on to be active on your store. View add-ons

When you group several stores under an organization, they can share a single pooled Wallet. The organization (your head office) tops it up once, and every store under it sends text messages from that shared balance. No need to top up each branch separately.

The Wallet is hidden during Early Release

No top-up can complete while we finish setting up our payment provider, so the organization Wallet screens are hidden in the app and the web dashboard and the steps below cannot be followed yet. Everything here describes how the pooled Wallet will work once payments go live.

Why pool the Wallet

  • One place to fund everything. Top up the organization Wallet and all branches can send texts.
  • Simpler accounting. One balance, one set of receipts, one activity log.
  • Fair tracking. Even though the pool is shared, each text is still tagged to the store that sent it, so you can see which branch is using the most.

Where to find it

From the sidebar, go to Account → Organizations → [your organization] → SMS. The hub mirrors the store version, with the Wallet, activity, receipts, and per-store usage all at the organization level.

Topping up the pool

1

Open the organization SMS hub

Go to Account → Organizations → [your organization] → SMS.

2

Tap Top up

Choose an amount, review the points it adds, and confirm.

3

Complete secure checkout

Pay on the secure checkout page. Points land in the pool once payment clears, and every member store can spend them.

When your stores are pooled, individual store Wallet screens point you back to the organization to top up. That's expected — the pool is funded centrally, not per store.

Moving credit to a single store

Not available yet

Splitting pooled credit back out to one store is not something you can do today — while stores are pooled, every branch draws from the shared balance and there is no per-store allocation. Plan the pool as one shared pot.

When a store leaves a pooled organization, its new standalone Wallet starts at zero — the pool was jointly funded, so no share is split back out. Spend a store's own credit before you link it into a pool, and expect a departing store to need its own top-up afterwards.

Who can do what

  • Organization owner / admin can top up the pool.
  • Billing members can view and top up.
  • Funding is controlled at the organization; sending is controlled per store with the SMS add-on.
