An organization doesn't pay for its branches. Each store is billed to its own owner, whether or not it is linked to an organization. The Invoices screen keeps the organization's past invoices so you can read and download them.

How Organization Billing Works

The Organization Management add-on is paid monthly, on the owner's account, on the same invoice as the owner's store plans. The owner's free trial includes it; after the trial it must be bought to keep the organization running.
Each linked store keeps its own plan and add-ons. They are lines on its owner's monthly invoice, as before.
Linking or unlinking a store changes who can manage it, never who pays for it or which plan it is on.
The organization has no plan and no monthly fee, so it raises no new invoices.
If an owner's renewal fails, only that owner's stores are affected after the grace period. Other owners' stores in the same organization keep working.

Viewing Invoices

In the app, open Organizations from the side menu; your organization
opens. On the website, go to Account → Organizations and select the
organization.

In the app, tap Invoices in the organization's menu, under Admin. On
the website, scroll to the Recent Invoices card, or press View All
Invoices to see the full list.

To see only some invoices, press Filters, pick a Status and press Apply. Clear All shows every invoice again.

The list shows each invoice's number, billing period, total and status, such as Paid or Pending. On a tablet or computer it is a table; on a phone, each invoice is a card.

Opening and Downloading an Invoice

Tap View details on an invoice to open it. It shows its lines and payments, and is read only. An organization is never charged, so there is nothing to pay here and no card to set.

Tap Download to get a PDF copy. The download link is temporary and expires after a short time.

Edge cases

Stores are not billed here: each store's owner pays for it, so organization invoices only cover the organization's own charges.
