Topping Up Your Wallet

Topping up adds points to your Wallet so you can keep using pay-as-you-go features like text messaging. You pay with your card or e-wallet through a secure checkout page, and the points land in your balance once payment clears.

How to top up

1

Open your Wallet

From the sidebar, go to your store's Wallet (or SMS hub, which links to it). You'll see your current balance at the top.

2

Tap Top Up

Tap the Top up button. A form opens where you choose how much to add.

3

Choose an amount

Pick one of the quick amounts or type your own. The form shows you exactly how many points the top-up will add and what your new balance will be before you commit.

4

Go to secure checkout

Confirm to open the secure checkout page. Choose your payment method there — card, GCash, Maya, and other options are offered on the checkout page itself.

5

Complete payment

Finish paying on the checkout page. When it's done, you're returned to Fuze Store.

6

Watch your balance update

Your points are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. This is usually instant, but can take a few moments. The balance and activity list refresh automatically.

The payment is processed on the secure checkout page, not inside Fuze Store. Your full card details are never stored in the app.

Receipts

Every top-up creates a receipt for your records (useful for accounting and tax) — issued as an Acknowledgement Receipt until our BIR permit is granted. To get it:

1

Open Receipts

In your Wallet, open the Receipts list.

2

Download or resend

Tap a receipt to download the PDF, or choose email to send a copy to yourself. Each receipt carries a unique number and the amount you paid.

If a top-up doesn't show up

  • Give it a minute — confirmation can lag slightly behind the payment.
  • Reopen the Wallet screen to force a refresh.
  • Check the Activity list: a top-up in progress appears there.
  • If money left your account but points never arrived after a while, contact support with the receipt or payment reference.

Tips

  • Top up a comfortable buffer before a busy day so you don't run out mid-service.
  • Keep your top-up receipts — they're your proof of purchase.
  • Set a low-balance alert in your SMS settings so you're warned early.
