Topping Up Your Wallet

Topping up adds points to your Wallet so you can keep using pay-as-you-go features like text messaging. The credit lands on your account, so every store you own can spend it — you only ever top up in one place. You pay with your card or e-wallet through a secure checkout page, and the points land in your balance once payment clears.

Top-ups are paused during Early Release

Fuze Store does not process any payments while we finish setting up our payment provider, so the Wallet screens are hidden in the app and the web dashboard and the steps below cannot be followed yet. Your balance stays at zero. Everything here describes how top-ups will work once payments go live.

How to top up

1

Open your Wallet

Go to Account → Wallet. You'll see your current balance at the top, along with the activity and receipts for every store you own.

You can also open a single store's Configurations → Wallet — it shows the same balance, and topping up there credits the same account Wallet. (The SMS hub links here too; Wallet is the primary place to add points and download receipts.)

2

Tap Top Up

Tap the Top up button. A form opens where you choose how much to add.

3

Choose an amount

Pick one of the quick amounts or type your own. The form shows you exactly how many points the top-up will add and what your new balance will be before you commit.

4

Go to secure checkout

Confirm to open the secure checkout page. Choose your payment method there — card, GCash, Maya, and other options are offered on the checkout page itself.

5

Complete payment

Finish paying on the checkout page. When it's done, you're returned to Fuze Store.

6

Watch your balance update

Your points are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. This is usually instant, but can take a few moments. The balance and activity list refresh automatically.

The payment is processed on the secure checkout page, not inside Fuze Store. Your full card details are never stored in the app.

Receipts

Every successful top-up creates a receipt for your records (useful for accounting and tax) — issued as an Acknowledgement Receipt until our BIR permit is granted. Fuze may also email the PDF to the bill-to address when the top-up clears; you can always resend from the app.

1

Open Receipts

In your Wallet, open the Receipts list (or View all from the receipts preview on the Wallet hub).

2

Download or Resend email

On each receipt row, download the PDF, or tap Resend email to send another copy to the bill-to email recorded on that receipt. (On the account website the same action may appear as Email receipt.) Each receipt carries a unique number and the amount you paid.

Wallet top-up and receipt email are not gated by the SMS add-on — Wallet is a base capability. SMS sending still needs the SMS add-on and points.

If a top-up doesn't show up

  • Give it a minute — confirmation can lag slightly behind the payment.
  • Reopen the Wallet screen to force a refresh.
  • Check the Activity list: a top-up in progress appears there.
  • If money left your account but points never arrived after a while, contact support with the receipt or payment reference.

Tips

  • Top up a comfortable buffer before a busy day so you don't run out mid-service.
  • Keep your top-up receipts — they're your proof of purchase.
  • Set a low-balance alert in your SMS settings so you're warned early.
