Loyalty Program Overview
Reward your best customers and keep them coming back. The Loyalty Program feature lets you create a points-based rewards system with multiple tiers. Customers earn points from every purchase and earn them faster as they move up to higher tiers.
The Loyalty Program is available as an add-on feature for your Fuze Store subscription.
What is the Loyalty Program?
A loyalty program encourages repeat purchases by rewarding customers with points. You define how customers earn points and how those points convert to rewards. The more they shop, the more they earn.
Your POS tracks everything automatically. You do not need to calculate points or manage tiers manually.
How Tiers Work
Tiers let you create different levels of rewards. Each tier has a name, a point threshold, and a points multiplier. When a customer reaches the required points, they move up to the next tier and start earning points faster.
Here is an example of a three-tier setup:

A higher multiplier means a customer in that tier earns more points for the same spend — your way of rewarding loyalty. You can create as many tiers as you need and name them anything that fits your brand.
How Customers Earn and Redeem Points
Customers earn points on every completed purchase based on the earning rate you set — for example, 1 point per ₱1 spent — multiplied by their current tier's multiplier. Points are added automatically.
To reward customers, you set a redemption rate: each point is worth a fixed amount of store credit (for example, ₱0.50 per point) that they can apply to a future purchase once they reach your minimum redemption threshold. You control the earning rate, redemption rate, and thresholds, and can change them at any time.
