Customer Overview
Customer management lets you keep track of everyone who shops at your store. Whether they are regulars, first-timers, or VIPs, having their details on hand helps you deliver better service and build stronger relationships.
Loyalty. Points, tiers, and loyalty rewards require the Loyalty add-on (included free during a non-expired free trial except where an add-on is trial-excluded). Basic customer CRM — names, contacts, attach to orders — is available without Loyalty.
Why Add Customers?
- Personalized service -- Remember birthdays, preferences, and special requests.
- Faster checkout -- Find returning customers quickly for speedy service.
- Loyalty and rewards -- When Loyalty is active, offer points and promos to encourage repeat visits.
- Better communication -- Send digital receipts, updates, and special offers (email/SMS channels follow your plan and add-ons).
What You Can Do
- Add new customers -- Tap New Customer on the customer list, or add/select a customer during an order when your store settings require or allow it.
- Edit customer info -- Update names, contact details, or notes anytime.
- Delete customers -- Remove old or duplicate entries.
- View your customer list -- Search and browse all customers in one place.
