Import/Export Quick Guide
Bulk move catalog and configuration data in and out of Fuze Store.
Paid plan required. Import & Export is available on any paid plan (Starter and up). It is not included on the free Basic plan. View plans
Open Import or Export
- App drawer → Configurations.
- Under Data Management, tap Import or Export.
Import in brief
- Pick a type (foundations before products/staff when the store is empty).
- Tap Download template if you need column names.
- Upload CSV / XLS / XLSX → review → Import.
Export in brief
- Pick a type.
- Pick CSV, XLS, or XLSX.
- Download.
Remember
- Import/Export are Starter+ plan features (Basic has neither).
- Roles and Gift cards types need their add-ons (unlocked during free trial when granted).
- Event services need Events Advanced on the plan.
- There is no Customers or Product Stocks type.
