Laundry Shop POS

Laundry Shop POS Built for the Philippines

Weigh the load, print a claim stub with a code, take the deposit, and text the customer when it is ready. Built for wash-dry-fold shops, laundromats, home-based laundry, and pressing services across the Philippines.

Built for businesses like yours

What kind of business do you run?

Pick your operating model to see how the day flows, where it breaks, and how Fuze Store fits.

Wash-Dry-Fold Shop

Loads dropped off by the kilo, washed and folded by staff, and collected a day or two later against a claim stub.

Who walks in

Working households, students, and boarders. Drop off the bag → it is weighed and tagged → a deposit is paid → the shop washes, dries, folds → a text says it is ready → the customer collects and pays the balance.

Where it breaks

  • Handwritten claim stubs get lost and loads go to the wrong customer
  • Per-kilo and per-piece prices get mixed up on the same order
  • Deposits and balances live in a notebook nobody trusts
  • Texting each customer when a load is done ties up the afternoon

What Fuze does for you

  • Claim tag number searchable on every order
  • Printed claim stub with a scannable code
  • Per-kilo and per-piece services on one order
  • Deposit now, balance due at pickup
  • One-tap "ready" textAdd-on

A typical order

  1. Weigh the load and enter the claim tag
  2. Pick the services; take a deposit
  3. Print the claim stub and bag tags
  4. Move the order through washing to ready
  5. Text the customer
  6. Scan the stub at pickup; collect the balance

What changes

Every load is traceable to a tag and a customer, the balance is on the stub, and the afternoon is not spent sending texts.

Also a fit for

  • Laundry shop
  • Self-service laundry
  • Wash-dry-fold service
  • Home-based laundry
  • Ironing service
  • Shoe & sneaker cleaning
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Home cleaning service

Sound familiar?

The problems you actually deal with

Lost or swapped claim stubs

A handwritten stub gets lost and a load is handed to the wrong customer — the fastest way to lose a suki.

What it costs: A lost customer per mix-up

Per-kilo and per-piece get mixed

Wash-dry-fold is by the kilo; comforters, barong and sneakers are by the piece. Tallying both on a calculator undercharges.

What it costs: Undercharging and arguments at pickup

Deposits and balances in a notebook

A deposit at drop-off, the rest at pickup. Without a system, staff lose track of who still owes what.

What it costs: Balances never collected

Manual "it’s ready" texts

Texting customers one by one when a load is done ties up staff during the afternoon rush.

What it costs: An hour of texting a day

No view of what is in progress

Which loads are washing, which are dry, which are ready — the answer is a walk to the back.

What it costs: Promises you cannot keep

You cannot see the month

How many kilos, how many rush jobs, which days are busy — none of it is written anywhere you can read.

What it costs: Staffing on a guess

A day in the shop

From opening to closing

  1. Morning7:00 AM

    Opening and the first drop-offs

    Without a system

Stubs from yesterday in a box, a notebook of deposits, and loads on the floor with a name on masking tape.

    With Fuze Store

Open a cashier session, see yesterday’s loads still in progress, and start the first drop-off with a printed stub.

  2. Peak hours4 – 7 PM

    Pickups and the evening rush

    Without a system

Customers show a crumpled stub, staff dig through bags, and the balance is worked out on a calculator.

    With Fuze Store

Scan the stub, the order opens with the balance due, the bag tag matches, and the customer is out in a minute.

  3. End of day9:00 PM

    Closing

    Without a system

Count the cash, count the deposits, and try to reconcile both with the notebook.

    With Fuze Store

Close the session against the expected total, read the day’s kilos and jobs, and see what is due tomorrow.

How it works

One order, start to finish

  1. 1

    Drop-off and claim stub

Weigh the load, enter the claim tag and bag count, pick the service — per-kilo or per-piece — and record any deposit. The claim stub prints with a scannable code.

  2. 2

    Tag the bags

Print a "Bag 1 of 3" tag for each bag so a multi-bag order never gets separated.

  3. 3

    Wash, dry, fold

Move the order through Processing to Ready. Staff see what is in progress and what is waiting.

  4. 4

    Text the customer

One tap sends the "your laundry is ready" text, with the balance due if there is one.

  5. 5

    Scan and collect

At pickup, scan the customer’s stub to open the exact order, collect the balance, and hand over the bags.

  6. 6

    Read the day

Kilos, jobs, deposits outstanding, and the busiest hours, on your phone.

The Fuze moment

One sale. Everything connected.

A 6-kilo load and two barong, a ₱100 deposit. One drop-off — and six things update from that single order.

  1. OrderClaim tag, 2 bags, wash-dry-fold plus press.
  2. Claim stubPrinted with the order code and the balance.
  3. Deposit₱100 recorded; ₱280 due at pickup.
  4. StatusProcessing → Ready, visible to every staff member.
  5. Text"Your laundry is ready" — one tap.Add-on
  6. ReportKilos and deposits outstanding, live.

A stub in a box records that a bag came in. The POS connects it to the customer, the balance, the status, and the text that brings them back.

Built for the way you work

The features that matter here

Claim stub with a scannable code

Every drop-off prints a claim stub with the order number and a QR and barcode. Scan it at pickup to open the order; reprint it any time.

  • Order QR and barcode
  • Balance due on the stub
  • Reprint anytime

Bag tags

A "Bag N of M" tag for each bag, printed on the same receipt printer, so a multi-bag order never comes back incomplete.

Per-kilo and per-piece services

Wash-dry-fold by the kilo and comforters, sneakers or barong by the piece — set each service once and mix both on one order.

Deposits and balance due

Take a deposit at drop-off. The stub and the order both show exactly how much is left to collect.

Pickup and delivery

The Laundry template ships with Pickup and Delivery: capture the ready-by date and the address, and track the job through Shipped.
