Home-Based & Online Seller POS

POS for Home-Based Sellers — Food, Pre-Loved & More

Share one link instead of answering the same three questions in every chat, let customers build their own order, and scan it straight into your register. Built for home cooks, bakers, pre-loved resellers, live sellers, and makers selling from the house.

Built for businesses like yours

What kind of business do you run?

Pick your operating model to see how the day flows, where it breaks, and how Fuze Store fits.

Home Cook

Packed meals, bilao, merienda — cooked at home, ordered in the group chat, picked up at the gate or delivered by the kids.

Who walks in

Neighbours, officemates, and the village group chat. See the day’s menu → order in chat → pay e-wallet or cash at handover → collect at the gate or get it delivered.

Where it breaks

  • Orders are scattered across chats and easy to miss
  • You do not know who has paid and who promised to
  • Every order starts with "what do you have and how much"
  • Pre-orders for Sunday are on a notebook page

What Fuze does for you

  • A store link with today’s menu
  • Customers build the order; you scan it in
  • Pickup and delivery with a date
  • Payment recorded at handover
  • Customer saved on every order

A typical order

  1. Post the store link in the chat
  2. Customer builds the order and gets a QR
  3. Scan the QR into your register
  4. Cook; pack; mark it ready
  5. Hand over; record the payment

What changes

Orders arrive as orders, not messages, and you know who has paid before the bilao leaves the house.

Sound familiar?

The problems you actually deal with

Orders get lost in the group chat

Scroll back to find who ordered what, add it up in your head, and hope you did not miss a message between yesterday and today.

What it costs: Missed and doubled orders

You do not know who already paid

E-wallet screenshots and cash promises pile up with no single place to check who has actually paid.

What it costs: Chasing payments you already got

No way to show you are a real store

You are a name in a chat thread — no link, no page a customer can browse on their own time.

What it costs: Customers who never ask

Customers message at 11 PM, you reply at 11 PM

Every order starts with the same questions — what do you have, how much, can I get it delivered.

What it costs: Your evenings

Selling the same thing twice

One-of-a-kind items, live claims, and pre-orders with no single count of what is left.

What it costs: Refunds and apologies

No idea if the month made money

Sales in one app, costs in your head, and no report that puts them together.

What it costs: Working for free without knowing

A day in the shop

From opening to closing

  1. Morning7:00 AM

    Reading the overnight orders

    Without a system

Scroll through three chats, write the orders on a notebook page, and message each customer to confirm.

    With Fuze Store

The overnight orders are in the register with the customer and the delivery date; confirm with one tap each.

  2. Peak hours4 – 8 PM

    Handovers at the gate

    Without a system

Match a face to a chat, check a screenshot for payment, and hand over the bag.

    With Fuze Store

Open the order, record the cash or e-wallet, mark it handed over. Next.

  3. End of day10:00 PM

    Closing the day

    Without a system

Add up screenshots and cash, and guess at tomorrow’s pre-orders.

    With Fuze Store

The day’s sales and tomorrow’s orders are on the dashboard; the customers are saved for next time.

How it works

One order, start to finish

  1. 1

    Share your store link

One link, or a QR, in the group chat and on your page. It opens in the customer’s browser — nothing to install.

  2. 2

    The customer builds the order

They pick items, choose pickup or delivery, add their name and number, and get a QR to show or send you.

  3. 3

    Scan it into your register

Scan the QR or paste the link; the order loads into your register and you create it. You stay in control of every order.

  4. 4

    Prepare and hand over

Cook, bake, or pack. Mark it ready, text the customer, and hand it over at the gate or send it out.

  5. 5

    Record the payment

Cash or e-wallet at handover — you are paid directly; Fuze records which order it was for.

  6. 6

    Read the week

Sales, top items, repeat customers, and what tomorrow’s orders need, on your phone.

The Fuze moment

One sale. Everything connected.

A neighbour orders two bilao for Sunday from your link. One order — and six things update from it.

  1. Store linkTwo bilao, pickup Sunday, her name and number.
  2. ScanThe order lands in your register.
  3. Pickup dateSunday, on the order and the dashboard.
  4. Text"Ready for pickup" on Sunday morning.Add-on
  5. PaymentE-wallet at the gate, recorded.
  6. CustomerSaved, with her order history.

A chat records that someone wants two bilao. The POS connects it to the date, the customer, the payment, and the week you are actually running.

Built for the way you work

The features that matter here

Your store link

A public page with your items and prices that opens in any phone browser. Turn online ordering on when you are ready; until then it is a menu.

  • No app for the customer
  • A QR you can print
  • Off until you switch it on

Scan-to-register orders

The customer’s order arrives as a QR or a link. Scan or paste it, and it loads into your register for you to create — staff stay in control.

Pickup and delivery

The Home-based template ships with both: a pickup date, or a delivery address, on every order.

Deposits and balances

Take a deposit on a custom or pre-order item; the balance due stays on the order until handover.

Start small, grow

Fuze grows with the business

  1. 1

    Start simple

You, your phone, your items on a store link, and orders that land in a register instead of a chat.

    • Store link and QR
    • Pickup and delivery orders
    • Customers saved automatically
    • Daily sales dashboard
  2. 2

    Get organised

A stock count, texts that go out on their own, labels for parcels, and costs against the month.

    • One stock count
    • Ready and delivery texts
    • Order and shipping labels
    • Expenses
  3. 3

    Grow

A helper with their own login, points for the regulars, and — one day — a real counter with the same register.

    • Staff roles for a helper
    • Loyalty for repeat buyers
    • The same catalog on a shop counter
