# Share Your Store Online
> Source: https://development.fuze-store.com/docs/store/share-store/overview

Every Fuze store has a **public store page** at its own web address (for example `fuze-store.com/store/your-store`). Customers can open it on any phone — no app, no account — to see your info, hours, and menu.

With **online ordering** turned on, customers can also build a cart and check out. Checkout does **not** create an order in your POS. Instead, the customer gets a **QR code of their order** to show or message to your staff. Your staff scan it at the register, the cart loads instantly, and **your staff create the actual order** — you always stay the last touch, and no payment happens online.

Your store page is free on every plan. It is visible whenever your store is
  discoverable (see [Customer
  Visibility](/docs/store/customer-visibility-and-hours)); online ordering is a
separate switch that is **off** until you enable it.

## Find and share your store link

In the Fuze Store app, go to **Stores** and open your store.

Below the service modes you'll find **Share your store** with your public link. Tap **Share link** to send it through any messaging app, or **Show QR** to display a scannable code — perfect for a counter stand or a printed flyer.

**Share link** sends a ready-to-post message, not a bare URL — your store name, a short line, and the link — so you can drop it straight into a Facebook or Viber group. While online ordering is off it invites people to browse instead of order, so the post never promises something the page won't do. **Copy link** still copies the plain URL on its own.

Inside **Show QR** there's also **Download**, which saves the code as a ready-to-print poster with your store name on it — use it for a counter stand, a flyer, or a shop window.

## Turn on online ordering

Go to **Configurations → Preferences** and open the **Storefront** tab.

Turn on **Allow online ordering**. Save your preferences.

Open your store link — the menu now shows add-to-cart buttons and a checkout.
Turning the switch off later immediately stops new customer orders (the
browsing page may take a few minutes to update).

## What the customer sees

1. Your store page with info, hours, and menu.
2. A shop page where they pick items, options, and quantities. They can **search your menu** by name or description, or filter by category.

3. A cart they can edit — change quantities, remove a line, or clear everything and start over.
4. A checkout asking how they want the order (in store, pickup, or delivery), their name and contact details, and any service details your store collects (like a plate number). If they have a Fuze account they can sign in to fill their details automatically; otherwise their details are remembered on their own phone for next time.
5. An **order code (QR)** they can download, share, or keep on screen. The page live-updates when your staff load their order.

The code page never shows the customer's full contact details — only a masked hint like `M*** · **** 4567` (the same style as a card number), so a forwarded link or a photo of the screen can't leak their name or number. Your staff see the full details on the register when they load the order.

Prices on the customer page are **estimates** — the final total is computed by your register when staff create the order.

The menu follows your availability: marking an item **unavailable** (for example from [Today's Menu](/docs/store/product/todays-menu)) shows it as sold out on the customer's menu right away — it stays visible but can't be added to an order until you switch it back.

Customer orders arrive as **drafts** that expire after 24 hours if nobody
loads them. They never appear in your order list by themselves — staff must
scan the customer's QR first. See [Receiving Customer QR
  Orders](/docs/store/share-store/receiving-qr-orders).
