# Upcoming Events Report

## Open the report

1. Drawer → **Reports** → **Financial & Inventory** → **Upcoming Events**.
2. Choose a period. Periods use your store's timezone and weeks start **Monday**.

## What you see

Three KPIs — **Upcoming**, **Scheduled**, and **Confirmed** — then the next bookings in the window, each with its title, status, start time, type, and party size.

Bookings are matched on their **start time**, so the period is a forward-looking window. Only **Scheduled** and **Confirmed** bookings are counted — cancelled, no-show, and completed bookings are not. The list previews the soonest bookings; open **Events** for the full, filterable list and to act on a booking.

  Today and This Week end at the current moment, so they will not surface next
  week's bookings. Use a Custom range that reaches into the future.
