# How to Import or Export Store Data

You can move data in and out of Fuze Store POS in a few steps. Use export to create backups or move data to another system. Use import to add or update data in bulk.

## How to Export Data

1. Open the sidebar menu.
2. Select **Store Settings** from the menu.
3. Click **Export Data**.
4. Choose the type of data you want to export (products, categories, services, etc.).
5. Click **Download**. Your data will be saved as a CSV or Excel file.

## How to Import Data

1. Open the sidebar menu.
2. Select **Store Settings** from the menu.
3. Click **Import Data**.
4. Click **Upload** and choose your file (CSV or Excel format).
   - Select the correct data type you want to import (products, customers, etc.).
5. Click **Import**. Your data will be added to the store.

## Tips

- Review your data before importing to avoid errors.
- Export your data regularly for backups.
- Download a sample export file first if you are unsure about formatting.
- You can import and export products, customers, and more. Check the menu for all options.
