# Suite Discount

Once a store runs **three or more paid recurring add-ons**, it gets **20% off
that store's add-on charges** at renewal. It applies automatically — there's
nothing to claim and no code to enter.

## How it works

At each renewal the system counts the store's active recurring add-ons that
carry a charge. Three or more, and 20% comes off that store's add-on lines. The
discount shows as its own line on the invoice, so you can see exactly what it
saved.

For example, a store running Staff Operations, Store Sessions, and Roles &
Permissions has three recurring add-ons, so its invoice carries a
**Suite discount** line worth 20% of those three add-on lines added together.

The 20% applies to the **add-on lines only** — your plan fee is untouched.

## Free add-ons don't count

Some add-ons carry no monthly charge — **Text Messaging** is the main one, since
you pay for it per message from your Wallet instead. Those don't count toward
the three, and they don't change the amount the 20% is worked out on.

The discount is a cap on what a big add-on loadout costs you, so it's the ones
you actually pay a monthly fee for that get you there.

Fuze Store is free while we're in Early Release, so no invoice is being raised
yet and prices aren't shown. This guide explains how the discount will apply
  once billing opens.

## Counted per store, not per account

The count is **per store**. A store with three add-ons gets the discount; a
second store with one add-on doesn't, even on the same account. Add-ons that
apply to your whole account rather than a single store don't count toward a
store's total.

Turning on a third add-on mid-cycle is charged at full price for the remainder
of that cycle. The discount starts at the **next renewal**, once all three are
  running together.

## It stacks with other discounts

- **Annual billing** — the 20% applies to the annual add-on amounts, so the two
  compound.
- **Coupons** — a subscription coupon discounts your **plan fee**; the suite
discount handles **add-ons**. Different targets, so both apply.

## If you drop below three

The discount is recalculated every renewal. Turn an add-on off and fall to two,
and the next invoice returns to full price for the remaining add-ons. Nothing is
clawed back from cycles you already paid.

If you're weighing up a third add-on, factor this in — the 20% often covers a
meaningful slice of the one you're adding.
