# How to Downgrade Your Subscription

If you need fewer features or want to lower your costs, you can switch to a smaller plan at any time.

## Steps

1. Open the **sidebar menu** from the top of the screen.
2. Select **Account** from the menu.
3. Select **Subscription** from the list.
4. Under the **Plans** section, tap **Choose Plans** to view available options.
5. Pick a lower plan that fits your new needs. Review the features and price.
6. Tap **Downgrade** and follow the prompts to confirm.
7. Your new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

## What to Know Before Downgrading

- Downgrading may reduce the number of stores, staff, or features you can use.
- Any data that exceeds the new plan's limits may become restricted.
- You can upgrade again at any time if your needs change.
- Keep your payment method current to avoid billing issues.
