# Annual Billing

Every paid plan can be billed **monthly** or **annually**. Annual is
**"pay 10, get 12"** — you pay for ten months and get twelve, so two months are
free.

## What it costs

Take your plan's monthly price and multiply by **10**. That's the yearly charge,
and the two months you don't pay for are the saving.

The free Basic plan has nothing to bill, so the choice doesn't apply.

Fuze Store is free while we're in Early Release, so no plan is being charged
yet and prices aren't shown. This guide explains how annual billing will work
  once billing opens.

## Choosing it

The **Monthly / Annual** switch appears in three places, and your choice carries
through all of them:

1. The public **Pricing** page
2. **Choose a plan** in your account
3. The **plan summary** before you confirm

Pick Annual on pricing and it stays Annual all the way to checkout. The summary
shows the full breakdown — yearly total, what you save, and the renewal date —
before you commit.

## Add-ons follow the same cycle

If you have add-ons, they're billed on the **same yearly cycle at the same
rate** — ten months charged for twelve months of service. They appear as their
own lines on the one invoice; you don't get a separate add-on bill.

Running three or more add-ons? The
[suite discount](/docs/account/subscription/suite-discount) takes 20% off your
add-on lines, and it applies to the annual amounts too.

## One invoice, once a year

Annual billing produces a single invoice covering the whole twelve months —
base plan plus any add-ons — instead of twelve monthly ones. Handy if you'd
rather do this once a year with your bookkeeper.

## Switching between monthly and annual

You choose the interval when you change plan. Switching to annual charges the
yearly amount and opens a fresh twelve-month cycle from that date.

Annual is prepaid, so the discount comes from paying ahead. Choose it when
you're settled on Fuze Store — if you're still evaluating, monthly keeps you
flexible and you can switch to annual any time.
