# How to Change Your Password

Changing your password regularly is one of the easiest ways to protect your account.

## Steps

1. Open the **sidebar menu** from the top of the screen.
2. Select **Account** from the menu.
3. Select **Security** from the list.
4. Tap **Change Password**.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Re-enter it to confirm there are no typos.
7. Tap **Save**. A confirmation message appears when the change is complete.

After saving, the Security page shows how long ago your password was last changed (for example, "Last changed 2 days ago"). If you have never changed your password, it shows "Never changed."

## Tips for a Strong Password

- Use at least 8 characters. Longer is better.
- Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid common words or personal details like your name or birthday.
- Do not reuse passwords from other accounts.
- Change your password on a regular schedule for extra security.
