# Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it in a few steps.

## Steps

1. Go to the Fuze Store POS login page.
2. Tap **Forgot Password?** below the login form.
3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link. Look in your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
5. Open the link and create a new password.
6. Sign in with your new password.

## Tips

- Use an email you check regularly so the reset link arrives quickly.
- If the email does not appear, double-check the address and try again.
- Choose a strong password that mixes letters, numbers, and symbols.
- You can reset your password as many times as you need.
