# Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data. This action cannot be undone.

## Steps

1. Open the **sidebar menu** from the top of the screen.
2. Select **Account** from the menu.
3. Select **Account Details** from the list.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap **Delete Account**.
5. Confirm that you want to proceed.

> **30-day grace period:** You can sign back in within 30 days to restore your account.

## Before You Delete

- Back up any important data, reports, or records you need to keep.
- Cancel your subscription first to stop future charges.
- After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently removed.
